The Role:

The Office Administrator will provide vital administrative and organisational support to the construction teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information and contributing to the efficient operation of the department. This position requires someone who is confident using their own initiative, able to manage a varied workload, and comfortable supporting multiple colleagues across different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, maintaining, and organising digital and paper-based project records and filing systems.

  • Assisting with general office duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and document processing.
  • Supporting wider business functions when required, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations within the Bathgate office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience within an office environment, ideally within construction, engineering, or a similar fast-paced sector (preferred but not essential).
