Due to a strong pipeline of developments secured throughout 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead one of their key residential developments in the Aberdeen area.

The Role:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development.
- Ensure homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain NHBC standards and deliver exceptional build quality throughout the development.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively manage quality control procedures.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience through successful home demonstrations and handovers.
- Monitor site presentation and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient development environment.
Proven experience managing new build housing development is essential, along with a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and health & safety. The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment is required. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are necessary.
