Due to a strong pipeline of developments secured throughout 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead one of their key residential developments in the Aberdeen area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised individual who takes pride in delivering high quality homes, maintaining exceptional site standards, and leading successful teams.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development. Ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all day-to-day site operations across the development.
- Coordinating labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Driving health & safety standards and ensuring full site compliance at all times.
- Maintaining NHBC standards and delivering exceptional build quality throughout the development.
- Managing build programmes to achieve key deadlines and handover targets.
- Conducting site inspections and proactively managing quality control procedures.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience through successful home demonstrations and handovers.
- Leading and motivating site teams to maintain productivity, morale, and high standards on site.
- Monitoring site presentation and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient development environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing new build housing development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and health & safety.
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
- Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
