The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving health & safety excellence across all site operations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Leading site inspections and proactively reducing defects (RI's/BRI's).
  • Managing build programmes to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Controlling build costs and approving subcontractor payments.
