The Role:

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all day-to-day site operations across the development.
  • Coordinating labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Driving health & safety standards and ensuring full site compliance at all times.
  • Maintaining NHBC standards and delivering exceptional build quality throughout the development.
  • Managing build programmes to achieve key deadlines and handover targets.
  • Conducting site inspections and proactively managing quality control procedures.
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience through successful home demonstrations and handovers.
  • Leading and motivating site teams to maintain productivity, morale, and high standards on site.
  • Monitoring site presentation and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient development environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing new build housing development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and health & safety.
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
