The Role:
- Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of all site activities, including labour and subcontractor coordination.
- Supporting the delivery programme, ensuring homes are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensuring NHBC compliance and supporting all quality control procedures on site.
- Helping to maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient site environment.
Previous experience within new build construction projects is required. Housebuilding experience would be highly desirable. A genuine passion for the housebuilding industry and delivering quality homes is essential. Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are necessary.
