The Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of all site activities, including labour and subcontractor coordination.
- Supporting the delivery programme, ensuring homes are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service through customer walkarounds and home handovers.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the development.
- Ensuring NHBC compliance and supporting all quality control procedures on site.
- Helping to maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient site environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within new build construction projects.
- Housebuilding experience would be highly desirable.
- A motivated and goal-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine passion for the housebuilding industry and delivering quality homes.
- Up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
