Due to a strong pipeline of developments secured throughout 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead one of their key residential developments in the Aberdeen area. The Role: As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy new build housing development. Ensuring homes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all day-to-day site operations across the development.
- Coordinating labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Driving health & safety standards and ensuring full site compliance at all times.
- Maintaining NHBC standards and delivering exceptional build quality throughout the development.
- Managing build programmes to achieve key deadlines and handover targets.
- Conducting site inspections and proactively managing quality control procedures.
- Delivering a first-class customer experience through successful home demonstrations and handovers.
- Leading and motivating site teams to maintain productivity, morale, and high standards on site.
- Monitoring site presentation and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient development environment.
