We are currently looking for passionate, friendly, and strong leaders to support our team in providing world-class professional advice and customer service that we are known for!
Here is what you can expect to do daily when you join our fun, friendly, and inclusive team:
- Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily
- Support your Store Manager in coaching the team to develop their knowledge and skills
- Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure store safety for team members and customers by maintaining a safe work environment
- Support your Store Manager in stock management, ensuring stock accuracy and maintenance
- Assist in managing visual merchandising of stock displays to meet VM standards
- Keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services
- Recruit, onboard, and induct high-caliber new team members
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture where the team enjoys coming to work
- Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships proactively

- Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to step into retail management
- Proven success in driving sales
