A Peek Into Your Petstock Day:
- Provide outstanding grooming services.
- Support the Senior Groomer in completing daily grooming tasks.
- Bathe and brush dogs prior to grooming.
- Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
- Assist with the coordination of customer bookings in the grooming salon.
- Ensure the appropriate handling and safe transfer of animals within the store.
- Work with the team to achieve and exceed set sales goals.
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.

- Our dog customers come in all shapes, sizes and weight, so you will need to be physically fit and have a good understanding of dog behaviours to ensure all interactions are safe for you and your customers.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products and animals up to 20kgs.
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
