A Peek Into Your Diggiddy Doggy Daycare Day:

  • Animal Supervision & Husbandry - Ensure all enclosures are clean and well-maintained, with a constant supply of fresh water.
  • Animal Welfare - Monitor dog interactions to prevent distress or injury caused by other dogs, ensuring a safe and positive environment for all dogs.
  • Providing outstanding customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
  • Welcome clients at the door and ensure a smooth handover by safely transferring dogs to the appropriate play enclosure.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both customers and the team.
  • Prepare play enclosures to accommodate the number and needs of dogs, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Clear away animal waste, thoroughly clean, disinfect and look after animal play areas.
  • Bathe and groom animals.
  • Prepare meals, including special diets, safely transfer animals to feeding areas, and ensure adequate rest post meal.
  • Clean and prepare comfortable sleeping areas for animals.
  • Promptly report serious health problems to manager and adhere to our OSH procedures and processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all animals in care.
