We have an exciting opportunity for Groomers across our Christchurch Locations! Petstock are looking for Groomers to join our team at the following locations:
- Petstock Shirley - New Store
- Petstock Moorhouse Ave - New Store
- Petstock Ferrymead
- Petstock Northwood

- Experience in professional dog grooming
- Qualification in Grooming preferred, but not essential

Position: Dog Groomer
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours
Location: Opportunities across our Christchurch Salons (Shirley, Ferrymead, Moorhouse Ave, Northwood, Rolleston)
Salary Range: $26 - $29 Per Hour (based on skills and experience)
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements: Experience in a salon and or certificate and references from grooming academy or course

Provide full grooming services for a variety of breeds, including bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, combing and both generic and breed-specific clipping.
Provide a positive and memorable grooming experience for all customers and their dogs.
Coordinate the grooming salon and clients in conjunction with the Store Manager.
Make client bookings.
Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
Maintain a consistently high standard of salon presentation and oversee stock management.
Work with the Store Manager and team to ensure member program targets and expectations are consistently met.
Proactively support local marketing opportunities and recruitment referral programs.
Work with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.
