Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and go \\u2018the extra mile\\u2019 for every customer
- Assess customers\\\’ needs, and recommend Pets Corner products and services
- Maintain high store standards: products fully stocked, well presented, clean, with good shelf life
- Keep up to date with pricing, promotions and merchandising
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Genuine interest in Pets Corner vision, products, and values
- Confident, positive and helpful approach
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships with customers and their pets
- Ability to naturally engage with customers
- Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training and development
- Team player with the ability to work with initiative
- No prior animal experience required; right attitude and willingness to learn
