Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Company: Farfill
Location: Coventry, UK
Employment: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
About Farfill
At Farfill, we’re where “ship happens”, literally.
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment business working with some of the world’s most exciting consumer brands. From our fulfilment centres across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East and Australia, we help brands store, pick, pack and ship their products to customers and retailers around the world.
We’ve scaled quickly but kept the energy and pace of a startup. We’re hands‑on, collaborative and constantly looking for ways to make our operation better.
As we continue to grow our Coventry operation, we’re looking for great people to grow with us.
Job Overview
We’re recruiting Warehouse Specialists / Operatives to join our team in Coventry, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
This is a hands‑on warehouse role at the heart of our fulfilment operation. You’ll work across picking, packing, dispatch, goods‑in, inventory and other warehouse activities to make sure orders leave accurately, on time and to the standard our clients expect.
Our operation can move quickly, particularly around new product launches, promotions and peak periods, so we’re looking for people who are reliable, switched on and comfortable working as part of a team.
Accuracy matters just as much as speed. The products leaving our warehouse represent both Farfill and the brands we work with, so getting the details right is important.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking and packing e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and dispatching orders across a range of carriers and delivery services.
- Receiving, checking and putting away inbound stock.
- Supporting inventory counts, stock checks and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
- Completing kitting, assembly and other value-added projects for our clients.
- Working with our warehouse systems and scanners to process orders and inventory correctly.
- Maintaining high standards of packing quality and presentation.
- Keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
- Working with the wider fulfilment team to hit daily operational targets.
- Following warehouse processes, health & safety requirements and client‑specific instructions.
- Flagging stock discrepancies, quality issues or anything else that could impact an order or client.
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse when priorities change or additional resource is needed.
What We’re Looking For
Warehouse experience is useful, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in getting things right.
- Are reliable, punctual and ready to contribute as part of a team.
- Can work at pace without compromising accuracy.
- Are comfortable in a physical role that involves being on your feet and lifting or moving stock.
- Can follow processes and instructions consistently.
- Communicate clearly when something doesn’t look right.
- Are comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Take ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told about every problem.
- Have a positive, practical and get‑it‑done approach.
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, retail distribution or e-commerce experience would be beneficial, but we’re also open to people who can demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
Even Better If You Have
- Some familiarity with warehouse or fulfilment systems — we use Mintsoft.
- An understanding of picking, packing and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with goods‑in, stock control or inventory processes.
- Exposure to e‑commerce, retail or B2B fulfilment.
- RTITB forklift certification (Bendi/Flexi or Counterbalance) is a bonus.
- Any previous warehouse, logistics or fulfilment experience is helpful, but not essential.
The key message I'd reinforce underneath is:
You don’t need to tick every box. We’re happy to train the right person — attitude, reliability and attention to detail are more important to us than years of warehouse experience.
Why Join Farfill?
- Growing Business: Join a fulfilment company that is continuing to scale in the UK and internationally.

- Team Environment: Join a hands‑on team where everyone contributes and good work gets noticed.
