Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for an energetic, hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our Coventry team. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running like clockwork – picking and packing orders, maintaining compliance, managing inventory and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, well‑organised, and thrives in a fast‑paced fulfilment environment. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including manual pallet trucks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the fulfilment team to streamline workflows and achieve daily targets.
- Spot and report any operational issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for action.
- Carry out additional duties as required to support day‑to‑day operations.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
- Comfortable lifting and moving packages as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes with accuracy.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Desired Requirements
- Working knowledge of Mintsoft.
- RTITB Forklift certification (Bendi/Flexi or Counter Balance).
- Previous experience dispatching orders for major retailers – think Amazon and TikTok, to name a few.
