Job Description
- Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and help onboard new clinics to PetsApp.
- Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform.
- Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at our existing clients.
- Work closely with other functional teams at PetsApp to ensure a great client experience.
- Own the end-to-end success for a large number of PetsApp's customers, responsible for revenue retention, growth, and customer happiness metrics.
Qualifications
- Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
- Strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and other software tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
- Highly conscientious and detail-oriented, yet with the ability to apply broad strategic goals to the decision-making process.
- Must be able to work independently and proactively!
