At PetsApp, we provide an app-based client communication solution for veterinary clinics, enabling them to better engage with pet owners and better advocate for their patients. Our product includes text chat, video consulting, appointment booking, reminders, CRM campaigns, wellness plans, home delivery, AI scribe, and digital payments. We want to help clinics better serve pets and their owners while making life easier for veterinary teams. Since PetsApp launched in January 2020, we have had enormous growth, and PetsApp is now available at veterinary clinics in 14 countries. We have earned a 5.0 feedback score from 40,000 reviews in the App Store.

Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and help onboard new clinics to PetsApp. Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform. Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at our existing clients. Work closely with other functional teams at PetsApp to ensure a great client experience. Own the end-to-end success for a large number of PetsApp's customers, responsible for revenue retention, growth, and customer happiness metrics.

Qualifications

  • Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
  • Strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and other software tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
  • Highly conscientious and detail-oriented, yet with the ability to apply broad strategic goals to the decision-making process.
