The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and camera-confident Content Creator & TikTok Live Presenter to join our fast-growing team. If you love pets, live and breathe social media, and have a knack for creating thumb-stopping content - this role is for you.
You’ll be the face of our brand across TikTok and social platforms, engaging our audience through short-form video content, live streams, behind-the-scenes footage, and trend-driven storytelling. You\'ll bring fresh, bold, and creative ideas to the table, helping us stand out in the busy world of pet wellness.
This role will sit within our Marketing team, working closely with brand, product, creative, and customer teams to deliver compelling and high-performing content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Host TikTok Lives, talking directly to our community about our products, pets, and lifestyle
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan content around product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Bring fun, engaging, and original ideas to the content calendar
- Jump on social trends quickly and confidently, while staying true to the brand
- Record product demos, how-tos, unboxings, Q&As, and “day-in-the-life” style videos
- Capture behind-the-scenes content with the team, warehouse, and office pets
- Help brainstorm and execute community-driven content and UGC campaigns
- Use basic video editing tools or collaborate with designers/editors for post-production
- Use AI tools and templates to help scale creative output efficiently
- Review performance and engagement data to inform future content ideas
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- A big personality and confidence on camera — especially live!
- A love for pets and a strong connection to the pet community
- Experience creating video content for TikTok, Instagram, or similar
- A passion for social media trends, viral moments, and pop culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with an online audience
- Creativity and storytelling skills — you know how to hook, hold attention, and convert
- Ability to work independently and generate ideas fast
- Willingness to try new things and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving brand
- Comfortable using tools like CapCut, Canva, TikTok editing suite, or similar
- Interest in using AI tools to support content planning and production
- Experience in live presenting, vlogging, influencer marketing or eCommerce content
