Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible in day-to-day running of the salon; all preparatory, full groom work and all administrative roles in salonActive role with hands-on dogs; including but not limited to clipping, styling and scissor work to breed standard including hand-stripping on a variety of breedsAble to complete a full groom of a dog in a maximum 1.5-hour timeframeMaintain exceptional Salon Store Standards across all customer facing and back of house areasResponsible for salon KPIs and objectives including providing excellent customer serviceTake part in all training activities to develop commercial and managerial skillset ? Responsible for day-to-day guidance of the salon team including training of new starters and existing teamAssist in Retail to deliver exceptional customer service when demand allowsEnsure personal compliance with all company policies and proceduresEnsure all Health & Safety compliance is up to date within the store legislationPersonal Competencies2 years experience in dog grooming a variety of breeds to breed standardBe willing to learn and develop a sound knowledge of all salon activities including commercial and people managementAble to lead from the front and role model desired behaviours in salonInfluence your team to deliver salon objectivesIs positive, supportive and flexible team playerBrings high levels of energy and commitment to the businessHas a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude ?
