We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Stylist to join our team in Littleover. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering grooming services for various dog breeds while maintaining a high standard of care and presentation. This role requires exceptional grooming skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon, including all preparatory and full groom work, along with relevant administrative tasks.
- Take an active role with hands-on grooming, including but not limited to clipping, styling, and scissor work on a variety of breeds.
- Complete a full groom of a dog within a maximum of 2 hours.
- Maintain exceptional Salon Store Standards across all customer-facing and 'back of house' areas.
- Contribute to salon KPIs and objectives, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Participate in training activities to develop grooming and broader salon skills.
- Assist in retail operations to deliver exceptional customer service during periods of high demand.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are up to date and in accordance with store legislation.

- Previous experience in dog grooming across various breeds.
