We are an award-winning family run business where you are a name, not a number. We continue to grow and now have over 40 salons around the country. We are looking for experienced, customer focused, friendly stylists who have a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons. We are currently recruiting for a Stylist within our Dogwood salon based in Cobham, covering Chessington, and Addlestone.
Responsibilities of a Stylist:
- Able to groom and style all breeds of dogs to the highest standard.
- Overseeing the running of the spa.
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwood's high standards.
- Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
- Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying any improvements needed and implementing.
- Booking and managing appointments.
- Delivering high standards of customer service.
- Going ‘the extra mile’ for every customer.
- Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements of a Stylist:
- A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, our products, and our values.
- A confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
- Willing to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A thirst for continued training and team development.
