This is a fantastic opportunity for a pet loving Sales Administration Manager to join an exciting, fast paced customer focused business.
The Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales Administration department to deliver consistent service and order process excellence.
This role will also take responsibility for the ongoing development of the team to deliver best in class service and there is opportunity to develop and establish efficient and robust processes that support overall profitable business growth and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a hands on manager who can lead, develop and coach a team, problem solve and work cross functionally.
The job holder will have a strong background in sales administration and customer service.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Supporting the overall business KPI's of turnover, volume and profitability
- Ensuring a first class level of administration and customer service support throughout the department
- Responsible for the development, coaching and leadership of a Sales Administration team with set objectives and targets
- Responsible for the set up and development of process templates and ways of working for the area
- Lead communication updates on behalf of the sales administration team both to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for the refund process and authorisation of returns of stock
- Work with the team to maximise sales order opportunities
- Suggest new ways of working to improve efficiencies and support with larger business projects
- Hold individual and team performance reviews as well as 1-2-1's
