We are the 5th largest branded pet care manufacturer in the UK, home to fast growing brands Webbox, Meatiful, Bob Martin, Felight, TastyBone and Vets Kitchen. Our diverse product range includes food, treats, toys, accessories and healthcare for pets and small animals. We cater to a variety of channels, including Grocery, Discounter, Wholesale, High Street, eCommerce, Pet Specialist, and Export markets, ensuring our innovative and quality products reach pet owners everywhere.

Role responsibilities include:

  • This role is home based, with regular travel to our Head Office in Blackburn.
  • Frequent travel is also required for customer meetings at Retailer Head Offices.
  • Working with the National Account Manager to support and manage your customers.
  • Develop and execute the plan and brand strategies with existing account portfolio in line with company objectives.
  • Support with implementing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Increase distribution and visibility of products within the account base.
  • Responsible for the delivery of internal targets with focus on profitable growth.
  • Support the implementation of the promotional plan.
  • Understand commercial impact – pricing, promotions, and investment etc.
  • Attend customer meetings alongside the National Account Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams with focus on account specific objectives.
  • Reports and analysis.
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication and understanding of retailer supply demands.
  • Develop internal and customer presentations.
  • Focus on category-based rationale and track competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Experience gained from a commercial FMCG role or transferable experience.
  • Relationship builder.
