As the International Trade and Logistics Coordinator, you will support the international trade activities of our brands across overseas markets. You will ensure shipments, logistics, and trade documentation are managed accurately, on time, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Production, you will also liaise with external partners such as distributors, freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure the smooth movement of our products worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Process inbound international road and sea freight shipments.
- Process veterinary declarations through government systems.
- Process inbound stock into our EPR system.
- Check, review, and file import customs documentation.
- Raise and process purchase orders.
- Arrange stock transfers between factories and warehouses across Europe.
- Maintain accurate export tracking records and reports.
- Organise international courier, parcel, and sample shipments.
- Maintain supplier compliance and documentation records.
- Liaise with external organisations, including the Chamber of Commerce, freight providers, and UK border authorities.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: Experience within Office Administration ideally gained from a Logistics, Import-Export or Transport Administration role.
- Resilient and adaptable to change.
- A lateral thinker and solution finder.
- Calm and focused when managing multiple priorities in fast paced environment.
- Have a meticulous eye for detail.

- Desirable: Experience within an international trade role (freight forwarding, customs, import/export).
