Our products range from food, treats, toys, accessories, and healthcare, giving us a uniquely broad presence across the pet-care landscape. We manufacture and supply into a wide range of channels including Grocery, Discounter, Wholesale, eCommerce, Pet Specialist, and Export markets, ensuring our brands reach pet owners across the UK and beyond.
As a Field Sales Representative you will represent Pets Choice and our portfolio of brands within the independent pet retail sector. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and expanding Pets Choice customer base within the pet specialist retail channel.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Accountable for meeting sales and profitability targets.
- Ensuring regular planning and reporting is maintained.
- Journey planning.
- Educating customers about our range of products and brands.
- Selling in promotions and new lines.
- Representing the company at events and industry specific trade shows.
Travel across the UK is required, therefore, a full UK driving license is essential. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, however occasional weekend work for national trade shows will be required. Travel across your territory four days per week with one admin day at home.
Experience required includes:
- Experience gained from the Pet Trade industry or similar FMCG industry.
- Experience gained from a field-based sales role.
- A genuine interest and passion for pets.
- A strong commitment to continuous improvement and actively identifying opportunities for growth.
- Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
