As the International Trade and Logistics Coordinator, you will support the international trade activities of our brands across overseas markets. You will ensure shipments, logistics, and trade documentation are managed accurately, on time, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Production, you will also liaise with external partners such as distributors, freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure the smooth movement of our products worldwide. Process inbound international road and sea freight shipments. Arrange stock transfers between factories and warehouses across Europe. Maintain accurate export tracking records and reports. Liaise with external organisations, including the Chamber of Commerce, freight providers, and UK border authorities. Experience within Office Administration ideally gained from a Logistics, Import-Export or Transport Administration role. An interest in personal and career growth. Experience within an international trade role (freight forwarding, customs, import/export).
