The Role

We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands‑on role, you’ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high‑quality grooms with care, precision and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead grooming appointments, including bathing, drying, styling and finishing.
• Ensure pets look and feel great, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and provide advice on care.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, inventory and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming.
• Hold a grooming qualification.
• Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional approach.
• Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule of at least 24 hours per week, with potential for more during busy periods.
• Team oriented, positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Goal‑driven, target‑led experience preferred but not essential.

• Attractive hourly pay of £12.60 plus commission subject to targets.
