Role Overview
We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands‑on role, you’ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high‑quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll be interacting with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
Qualifications
- Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed‑specific styling and finishing.
- Hold a grooming qualification.
- Customer‑focused, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across the week (minimum hours/week with potential for more during busy periods).
- Team oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Goal driven, with experience in target‑led environments (preferred, but not essential).

- Attractive rates of pay plus commission, *subject to targets.
