Role Overview

We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. You’ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Lead grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. Interact with pet owners daily and provide excellent customer service. Support growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed‑specific styling and finishing
• Hold a grooming qualification
• Customer‑focused, with a friendly and professional approach
• Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week with potential for more during busy periods)
• Team‑oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Goal driven, with experience in target‑led environments (preferred, but not essential)
