As Head Stylist you will lead the grooming salon, ensuring high standards, mentoring the team, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver full, high‑quality grooms with confidence and precision across a variety of breeds.
- Set the benchmark for grooming standards and lead by example.
- Support and coach the team, sharing advanced techniques and developing their skills.
- Create a welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delights pet owners.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to improve salon performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experienced dog groomer; proficient in bathing, drying, breed‑specific styling, and finishing.
- Customer‑focused, friendly, and professional.
- Flexible and reliable; able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week).
- Team‑oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Goal‑driven experience in target‑led environments preferred.
- Attractive pay plus commission, subject to targets.
- 28 days paid annual leave, rising to 33 days after 2 years.
