Class 1 Driver - Stafford Fulfilment Centre
We are motivated to find the best talent in the Logistics & Distribution industry. Right now, we are looking for Class1 drivers to join our Transport Team at our Fulfilment Centre in Stafford.
Shifts
- Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off OR 5 on 3 off
- Shift start times: Between 22.00 - 02.00
Pay
- Your basic rate of pay per day: £160.26 - £233.96
- Plus night shift premium between the hours of 22:00-04:00
- Plus moffett skills payment (If applicable)
The Role
The Driver vacancy would suit individuals who have a demonstrable, driving history within the transport industry, within a people-oriented, 24/7 multi-site operation. This is a great platform to further your transport career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting efficient driver checks
- Carrying out retail store deliveries or trunk work
- Delivering on time, but always legal and safely, making sure our reputation for excellence includes driving
- Flexible to do a variety of work
What you will bring
- A full clean driving licence
- Hold a full HGV C+E (class 1) licence
- A digital tachograph card.
- Hold a valid driver qualification card (DQC) / Driver CPC
- Effective communication skills
- Up to date experience and working knowledge in driver legislation such as Tachograph or similar
