Pets at Home is seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer-service skills are a must. As a Stylist, you’ll help pets look and feel great, and you’ll get comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead grooming appointments, bathing, drying, breed-specific styling and finishing.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with pet owners.
- Ensure quality and safety standards for every grooming session.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt to variable schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming.
- Hold a grooming qualification.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional approach.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across the week.
- Team oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Goal-driven with experience in target-led environments (preferred).

- Attractive rates of pay plus commission, subject to targets.
