About the Role
Join our Grooming Team at Pets at Home. In this hands‑on role, you’ll lead grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll interact with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on grooming appointments, ensuring pets look great and feel great.
- Perform bathing, drying, breed-specific styling, and finishing of dogs.
- Engage pet owners, providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming.
- Hold a recognised grooming qualification.
- Customer‑focused with a friendly and professional approach.
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule.
- Team oriented, positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
- Goal‑driven, experience in target-led environments (preferred).

- Attractive rate of pay plus commission, subject to targets.
