About your Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Merchandise Planner to join our Accessories team. Working closely with our Commercial and Supply teams, you will deliver the product strategy by having the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. You will be accountable for the complete stock life cycle of product ranges, managing from introduction to exit across all channels, which includes on time launch in line with the critical path and cost-effective exit management of discontinued stock.
Key Responsibilities What youll be doing
- Accountable for WSSI management.
- Effectively plan and manage stock levels to provide appropriate product availability
- Work closely with the buyers to prepare range plans for future ranges
- Provide clear KPIs at commercial sign off to drive the category strategy and deliver commercial ranges in line with financial targets
- work closely with the CPA teams to ensure timely delivery of stock
- Land promotional and new ranges right first time

The role requires strong numeracy and analytical skills and the ability to understand complex issues and approach situations in a logical and structured manner. You will be people orientated, customer centric with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and responsible for the coaching and development of Supply planners, helping to drive their full potential and to deliver the full benefits of Relex.
