About the Role
We’re on a mission to create a better world for pets and the people who love them. As our Insurance Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and crafting compelling, compliant and customer‑first communications across digital and in‑store channels.
The role offers remote working (with occasional travel) and we’re looking for someone to work three days per week on a six‑month fixed term contract.
What you’ll do
- Write standout copy for campaigns, websites, emails, social media, FAQs, agency experience and more
- Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Insurance teams to bring our new insurance product to life
- Educate pet owners on the value of protection through clear, engaging messaging
- Ensure all content aligns with our tone of voice, brand values and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for
- Several years’ experience in financial services copywriting (insurance preferred)
- Understanding of regulatory environment and importance of clear messaging
- A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a love for storytelling
- Confident working across formats—from taglines to long‑form content
- Passionate about pets and customer experience
