About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role you will analyse data, uncover trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights contribute to the company\’s strategic objectives.

This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Analysing large datasets to extract actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Preparing reports and presentations summarising findings and key insights
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements
• Identifying trends and patterns in data that can drive business improvements and innovation
• Providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making

About you

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehouses. Experience with scripting/programming languages such as R or Python is beneficial
• Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate and present complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in using data to deliver business objectives and drive strategic decision making
• Existing experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools is essential
