Your Role
As a Head Stylist, you'll lead our grooming salon by example. This full-time, hands-on role blends expert grooming with leadership, setting salon standards, developing your team, and ensuring every pet leaves looking and feeling their best. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance in a target-led environment.
About You
You're an experienced, confident dog groomer with strong customer focus and a positive, team-driven approach. You're comfortable working to targets, flexible across the week, and passionate about high standards of care.
