Pets at Home is seeking a Store Manager Designate for the Dartford/Crayford area, 39 hours per week.

You will report to the Area Manager and work across local stores to develop your leadership and retail management skills, with the aim of running your own store in due course.

You will oversee daily operations, lead a team of 10+ colleagues, drive sales and KPIs, ensure health and safety compliance, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
