Pets at Home is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at the Stafford Fulfilment Centre to lead Lean initiatives, drive productivity, cost and quality improvements, and enhance colleague experience.

You will work closely with operations leaders to translate lean principles into practical changes across the site.

You will develop CI strategy, deploy Lean tools, coach leaders, and report progress to the Site Leadership Team.
