Who We Are

Nancy, the Practice Owner, celebrates an incredible 11 years with the practice this year and took on the exciting role of owner in July 2024. This is a thrilling time to join the team, as Nancy continues to grow the practice following its recent rebrand and refurbishment. With a fresh, modern environment and an exciting new chapter ahead, this is the perfect opportunity to become part of the practice's journey, help shape its future and contribute to its continued success.

The practice is set in a town within the beautiful Northamptonshire County. Just a 5-minute drive and you're in the rural countryside. We have lots of amazing country parks dotted throughout the town and area. Perfect for clearing your head, opening your lungs, and walking 4-legged friends too. We are a fast paced and busy surgery, however with our strong dedicated team there isn't anything we haven't and cannot accomplish!

You will be joining an inclusive and supportive team who are passionate about being at the heart of the local community. The team consists of 2 Vets, 5 qualified RVNs including Practice Owner Nancy, VCA and 4 Receptionists.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surgically focused vet to take ownership of their caseload and further develop their surgical skills within a supportive environment.

There is also the opportunity to help build and lead the team, working collaboratively to provide outstanding patient and client care. You will contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, including mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

For the right candidate, there is scope to work closely with Nancy to help shape the team, clinical protocols, and standards of care across the practice.

What You'll Gain from Us

  • Full-time role - 40 hours per week including 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 6pm)
  • No OOHs or Sunday hours
  • Competitive salary up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
