Who We Are Looking For: Are you the friendly, energetic, pet-loving superstar we're looking for? Do you love making people smile just as much as you love meeting their four-legged friends? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Client Care Advisor, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes every client through our doors and the important link between our clients and our clinical team. You'll play a huge part in making every visit a positive experience, from greeting clients with a warm smile and answering their questions to taking payments and booking future appointments. This isn't your average reception role. As a multi-site position across our three Ayrshire practices, no two days are ever the same. One day you'll be helping a worried owner, the next you'll be welcoming excited new puppy owners or supporting one of our busy clinical teams. You'll need to be organised, adaptable and happy to jump into whatever the day brings.

We're looking for someone with a real passion for customer care, who enjoys working in a busy environment and isn't afraid to get stuck in. Most importantly, we want someone with plenty of personality, someone who takes pride in their work, builds lasting relationships with our clients, and brings positive energy to the team every single day.

What you'll Do:

  • Be the friendly, welcoming face that greets every client and their pet with a smile.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Develop a great knowledge of our services, products and Complete Care plans, so you can confidently support and guide our clients.
  • Keep calm under pressure and deliver a fantastic experience, even on our busiest days.
  • Work closely with our vets, nurses and wider team to ensure every client and patient receives the very best care.
  • Bring enthusiasm, positivity and a genuine love of animals to everything you do.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, confidently working across our three Ayrshire practices and supporting wherever you're needed.
  • Help create a fun, friendly and welcoming environment for clients, their pets and your colleagues every day.

If you're ready to bring your passion, personality and positive attitude to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do, we'd love for you to come and join us. You'll thrive in this role if you love keeping busy, enjoy helping people and their pets, and take pride in making a real difference to every client who walks through the door.

As this is a multi-site role, you'll be working across our three Ayrshire practices in Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.
