The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are crucial to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care while demonstrating basic technical skills in preparing and clipping dogs for grooming, including handling techniques and equipment use. We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. Who We Are Looking For:
- Individuals passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Flexible workers able to work across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays), with a minimum of 39 hours, but often more during busy periods.
- Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Experience in a target-driven environment is a plus, but not required.
