The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation. We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. You’ll enjoy a competitive pay and development opportunities, including our Earn as You Learn programs and skill-based pay enhancements.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). You will be contracted for a minimum of 39 hours but may work more during busy periods.
- Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Familiar with target-driven environments is advantageous.
