The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating basic technical skills in grooming, including handling techniques, using equipment, and pre-grooming preparation. We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service. We offer a competitive salary and support your growth through comprehensive training and development, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.
We seek individuals who are:
- Passionate about delivering great service.
- Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, with potential for more during busy periods.
- Experience with dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is desirable but not essential. Bathing and prepping your own dog does not count as professional experience.
- Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but not mandatory.
