The Role
Our Assistant Stylists are key to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You’ll deliver high standards of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of dog grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming prep. We provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We’re Seeking Individuals Who Are:
- Passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Flexible, able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (closed Sundays). Minimum contracted hours are 39, with potential for more during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
- Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Preferably experienced in target-driven environments, but willing to learn.
