The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are vital to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care and demonstrate basic technical skills related to dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.
We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the \’Best Pet Care Business in the World\’. We offer a competitive base salary and support your growth through comprehensive training, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about providing excellent service.
- Flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts across the week to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.
- Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting is desirable but not essential. (Bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.)
- Preferably experienced in a customer-facing environment.
