The Role:
Our Assistant Stylists are essential to the success of our grooming salons. You will deliver high standards of pet care while demonstrating basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.
We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, reflecting our goal of being the \’Best Pet Care Business in the World\’. You will receive a competitive base pay, with opportunities for growth through training, development, and skill-based pay enhancements.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Passionate about delivering excellent service.
- Flexible, with the ability to work a flexible shift pattern across the week to cover busy periods, absences, and holidays.
- Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential (note: bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience).
- Preferably experienced in a customer-facing environment.
