The Role: Our Assistant Stylists are essential to our grooming salons' success. You will deliver top-quality pet care and demonstrate basic technical skills in dog grooming, including handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation. We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver excellent service, aiming to be the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, development opportunities, and skill-based pay enhancements.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about providing excellent service.
- Are flexible to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week, with Sundays off. The minimum contract is 39 hours, with potential for more during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
- Have experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care setting (not including bathing or prepping your own dog).
- Have experience in a customer-facing role.
- Are comfortable working in a target-driven environment or willing to adapt to one.
