Location: We welcome applications from those looking for hybrid working, based 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in our Handforth (Cheshire) Office.

As a Vet Local Marketing Executive, you will support the Vet Local Marketing Manager on regional and local vet marketing plans that drive brand awareness, consideration and new client registrations for our vets practices. Your role will work closely with wider marketing and digital teams and support our Vet for Pets Practice Owners.

Key Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Local Marketing Manager: Assist in the delivery of marketing plans for priority practices and local/community marketing plans.
  • Partner Support: Provide support to Vets for Pets Practice Owners and respond to requests and enquiries from our vet practice marketing queries, including artwork, social media, and website management.
  • Website Management: Ensure that individual vet practice websites are up to date and that new content is published promptly.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with the planning, design, proofing, and distribution of email marketing collateral.
  • Creative Briefs: Brief our in-house studio for local vet marketing requirements, ensuring brand and clinical guidelines are adhered to.
  • Content Creation: Write and proofread creative copy for marketing materials.
  • Supporting developing and implementation of the national/local and quarterly marketing campaigns.
  • Delivery & implementation of all marketing support activity to agreed deadlines to ensure deliver best in class marketing, right first time and on time to drive impact.
  • Financial Management: Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure invoices are sent to the finance team in a timely manner.

About You - What you’ll bring to the Role

  • 2 years + Marketing allrounder with knowledge across paid, earned, owned channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and with the ability to influence and engage at multiple levels.
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable Planning or Project Management Tools.
