- Providing hands on care and support for patients
- Supporting with caring, compassionate patient handling and restraint
- Assisting and supporting the nurses and vets and wider practice team
- Ensuring a hygienic environment through infection control measures and regular cleaning protocols
- Maintaining theatres and prep areas through surgical kit cleaning, sterilisation and preparing equipment and surgical packs
- Assisting reception by telephone answering and face to face client interactions Caring, compassionate and genuinely passionate about animals
- Dynamic, well-organised, hard-working and willing to get stuck in
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Confident in verbal and written communication and able to deal with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Confident in using computers and answering telephones
- A good team player with a positive attitude and able to work independently and manage your own workload 12.71/hour
- Part time hours over different shifts in between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am until 3pm
- Working in a great, fast paced environment where experience is not necessary as training will be given
